Sign-up and Payments

Where and how can I sign up for courses?

Sign up for courses is done through Hobiver. The closest Sign up button can be found in the top menu of Euforia’s homepage. In addition, each course description includes a direct link to Hobiver.

On Hobiver, you’ll find a list of all courses available for the season. By clicking on the course of your choice, you can purchase your spot. Groups are filled in the order of registration, so be quick to secure your place!

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll manually confirm your spot as soon as possible. After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note that the confirmation may also end up in your spam folder, so remember to check there as well.

How can a child under 18 sign up for courses?

Enrolment under the age of 18 is the responsibility of his/her guardian, as we want to make sure that participation in the course has been agreed together with the guardian. The personal data of the minor is filled in on the electronic registration form, after which the guardian fills in his or her own details at the next stage of registration.

Can I buy a single visit or a 5–10 class pass at Euforia?

Yes! Single visits for selected classes can be purchased through Hobiver’s class calendar. There you’ll find the available classes and schedules. We’re still working on it, but in the future we also plan to offer 5–10 class passes.

How do I get a Hobiver account?

To create an account, you first need to sign up as a new student for a Tanssikeskus Euforia class through Hobiver. Once we’ve confirmed your sign-up, you’ll receive an activation link by email. Click the link to set your password and you’ll be ready to log in to Euforia’s Hobiver service. Remember to save your username and password for future use!

Important: If you’ve been a student at another dance school through Hobiver before, please sign up for Tanssikeskus Euforia classes as a new student the first time.

How and where do I pay for my chosen class? What payment methods are available?

Payment is made in Hobiver when you sign up.

Available payment methods:

  • Online banking
  • Debit and credit cards
  • MobilePay
  • OP Invoice
  • Employee benefits (Smartum, Epassi, Edenred)

If you’re paying with an employee benefit, be prepared to cover the full course price through the benefit service. Please note that these benefits are for personal use only.

Can I pay with an employee benefit?

Yes, you can! And you should! At Tanssikeskus Euforia you can pay with Epassi, Smartum, and Edenred.

When paying for a class with an employee benefit, sign up through Hobiver under the LIIKUNTAEDUT (employee benefit) section. Be prepared to pay the full course price via the benefit service. If needed, transfer money into the service in advance.

Instructions for paying with an employee benefit:

1. Choose the class you want to sign up for.

2. Fill in your personal details in the sign-up form.

3. In the Payments section, select Cash payment (e.g. exercise voucher) as the billing method, then move on to the Summary stage.

4. Log into the provider’s app (Epassi, Smartum, or Edenred).

5. Search for the recipient Tanssikeskus Euforia Oy.

6. Enter the full course price, pay, and mark the purchase as completed.

HOX! Make sure you have enough balance in the app to cover the full price before paying. If needed, transfer money into the app.  

7. Return to Hobiver’s Summary view and click SEND.

8. We will manually confirm your spot in the class as soon as possible, mark your payment as completed, and send you a confirmation email.

Please note that employee benefits are for personal use only.

Do you offer discounts for students, unemployed or seniors?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer discounts at the moment. We understand the request — it’s important to us too. We’re currently looking into how to provide these discounts and make the process work smoothly in Hobiver. We’ll let you know as soon as we have more information!

Do you get a family discount or discount if you buy more than one course?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer discounts on course fees at this time. We understand the desire for a family or multi-course discount, and that is important to us as well. We explain how to grant discounts and how to redeem them technically in Hobiver. We will inform you as soon as we have more detailed information about this!

Which entities or companies does Tansikeskus Euforia have a discount agreement with?

From 13 August 2025, the City of Joensuu will support the activities of its employees by 10 euros/month, i.e. for example, the discount for the course held during the autumn period from 25.8-14.12.2025 will be 40 euros. Before registering for the course, please send a photo of your electronic ID card to info@tanssikeskuseuforia.fi so that we can verify your entitlement to the discount.

Classes, Performances, and Filming

What classes does Tanssikeskus Euforia offer?

Tanssikeskus Euforia offers dance, acrobatics, and fitness courses. You can explore the full selection of classes through the top menu under Courses or Schedule.

Why can’t I find my favorite class in the selection?

I feel you! Our course selection is still missing many of the dance and aerial acrobatics classes our customers have wished for (and we’ve been dreaming about too!). The schedule has been put together carefully — with a lot of sweat and respect for our amazing instructors’ availability.

Starting from autumn 2025, we’ll have two studios — and the more space, the more buzz and energy! We also promise to organize regular workshops in different styles outside the weekly classes.

Does Tanssikeskus Euforia have end-of-season performances?

We’ve decided not to organize end-of-season shows, so you can enjoy dancing at our studio without performance pressure and focus purely on the joy of learning. Instead of preparing just one choreography for a show, we want our students to experience and learn a variety of routines.

For those who are interested in performing, there are opportunities to take part in Tanssikeskus Euforia’s own events.

Can I film during classes at Tanssikeskus Euforia?

Filming must always be agreed upon with the instructor. If the instructor gives permission, you may record your own dancing — as long as it doesn’t disturb the class or other participants. We recommend taking out your phone only during the last minutes of the class.

Please note: in photos and videos, only you (and perhaps a willing friend) should appear, and always with their permission, especially if you plan to share the content on social media.

Which style or level is right for me?

In each course description, you’ll find information about who the class is suitable for. If you’re unsure which style is the best fit, we recommend signing up for the Find Your Style course.

Cancellations and Absences

What should I do if I miss a class due to illness?

If you can’t attend a class because of illness, please let us know by text or email within 7 days, including the date and the class you missed. Based on your notice, we’ll do our best to offer you a replacement class during the same season. Please note, however, that we can’t always guarantee the replacement will be in the exact same style as the missed class.

If your illness lasts longer than 4 weeks and you need to drop out of the course, send us a doctor’s certificate. With that, we can credit you for the unused classes.

If you miss a class for reasons other than illness, we cannot provide a replacement class.

Can I cancel my course participation and get a refund?

Signing up for a course is generally a binding purchase decision. However, if you change your mind and wish to cancel, the cancellation must always be made in writing and in good time for us to refund your payment.

  • 7 days before the season starts → full refund
  • 6–4 days before the season starts → 50% refund
  • 0–3 days before the season starts → no refund
Is Tanssikeskus Euforia’s customers insured against accidents?

Tanssikeskus Euforia does not provide accident insurance for its customers, nor is there a legal obligation to do so. If you wish to have insurance coverage for your hobby, please contact your insurance provider directly.

Where can I park my car when I arrive at the dance center?

There is plenty of free parking in the courtyard of the Dance Centre Euforia! Please note, however, that the posts are not available to our customers, but are reserved for other people working on the property and who have already claimed the place in advance. Worry about classes!

Where can I find info about Euforia’s events?

You’ll find us actively on social media. Here are links to our social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube. We also share news through our newsletter, which you can subscribe to on our website (located in the footer).
